Do you only provide service to Jackson?

We provide service to an area well outside of Jackson. Give us a call, and we'd be glad to let you know if we're able to provide service to your specified city. Chances are, we can!

Can we drink and smoke in your vehicles?

Guests who are 21 and older are certainly welcome and encouraged to drink on our buses. However, when it comes to smoking, we don't allow that at all. We ensure that our buses are in tip-top condition before sending them out, and we expect the same to return.

Do you have a time limit for service?

No, we don't. We're able to provide service throughout the day and night, no matter the hour. If you're partying, we'll be there!

What is included in the price?

The price includes absolutely everything, even the tip and the fuel! Other companies charge you for those things as soon as they pull up, so be wary of who you rent from and what is included in your price.

What type of features are on your vehicles?

We take pride and joy in our vehicles, as we renovate them constantly with all of the best amenities. You'll find ice-filled premium bar areas, polished dancing floors, stripper poles, comfortable couch-style leather seating, ambient neon lighting throughout, tinted windows for privacy, iPod-capable sound systems with subwoofers, televisions with DVD inputs, and more!

Do you operate during the winter months as well?

Yes, we operate all year, 365 days a year.

How can we book a bus?

It's easy to book a bus! Let us know the city where you will be picked up, how many people are in your group, and when you need service, and we'll be glad to take care of the rest and send you on the way with an accurate quote.

Can I rent more than one vehicle at a time?

Yes, if they are available when you call to check and you need more than one for your group size and event, you can book as many vehicles as you would like.

What happens if my group wants to go over the time we agreed to?

If you are having a great time, we don't want to stand in the way. Feel free to go as long as you would like. You will be billed at your agreed-upon contracted rate in 15-minute increments.

Do we bring our own alcohol, or do you provide that?

Actually, we cannot provide alcohol. But you can certainly bring your group's favorite libations and stock the built-in coolers we have onboard.

In general, how much will a Limo Bus cost?

The cost varies depending on factors like your date and time of service, the city where you will be picked up, and the size bus you are going to need. If you call one of our courteous customer service agents, they will be able to give you a quote if you have this information ready for them. And keep in mind, the quote you will be given is all-inclusive; there are no hidden fees, and gratuity and taxes are already included.

Will we be able to go to the bathroom in the vehicle?

No, we do not have bathrooms on any of our vehicles. We do offer you unlimited stops, so you have the option of a bathroom break anytime you need it.

When should I book my vehicle?

We recommend you book as soon as you know your date and time of service, the size of your group, and the city where you will be picked up. Our business is on a first-come, first-served basis, and the popularity of our vehicles has been growing by leaps and bounds, so the sooner you call, the more likely the vehicle you need will be available.

How long can I rent a vehicle for?

You can rent one of our vehicles for six hours or more. The only exception is a wedding. We have 3.5-hour wedding packages.

What about events like homecoming or prom, do you allow rentals for events like that?

Absolutely, this is a popular booking. We will take a group of teenagers to their dance and to any other destinations that the parents have approved and signed off on. Everyone will have a great time riding in style, and the main thing is that everyone will arrive home safely.

What are your methods of payment for my balance?

After your initial deposit is put on a credit or debit card, you can pay the balance on your account with a credit or debit card, traveler's check, pre-approved bank check, or cash to the driver on the date of service.

Is there a limit to how far we can go in our vehicle?

No, once your time on your vehicle starts, you can go as far as you want to. Our motto is, "unlimited stops, unlimited miles."

What should I take into account when I am picking out a vehicle for my group and my event?

Our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives are the best people to help you with this. They will ask you about your group size and what kind of things you would like to do on your vehicle, and then they can fit you to the perfect vehicle for your situation. From there, it is all about whether your vehicle is available for your date and time of service. Our agents can help you with all of this.

What are the open hours?

We have all the working hours. Our reservations agents can get in touch with you at any moment, day or night. Our professional chauffeurs do, too; they hit the road whenever you need them.

I will not be able to call until after 7 p.m., will there be someone available to talk to from your company at that time?

Yes, you will want to call our friendly and courteous customer service representatives. What kind of tip should I expect to pay our driver at the end of our rental time?

A tip will not be expected. Your overall price included a minimal gratuity. If you receive exceptional service and you would like to still tip at the end of your service time, you are certainly free to do so.

We have a number of destinations that we would like to be taken to, but can we still add more at the last second?

You certainly may. Our policy is unlimited miles, unlimited stops, and that includes stopping on the spur of the moment. You can even ask your driver for suggestions on your trip.

What if something comes up and I need to cancel my reservation?

We do not allow any cancellations. Keep in mind that when you put down a deposit and reserved one of our vehicles, we took it out of possible circulation for that night. So, we were unable to take any other reservations on that vehicle.
